Treatment Services

Put Yourself in Our Hands

Our services are entirely voluntary - you’re free to come and go as you please. While your substance misuse is our primary focus, we also analyze all aspects of your life, such as your lifestyle and environment, through a  "whole-person" approach.  Our comprehensive recovery services assist individuals in developing the necessary skills to achieve and maintain sobriety, emotional health, family stability, and independent living within their communities.  Wherever possible we also invite your family and loved ones to join us on your journey to recovery.

Residential Treatment

Village of CRC

Counseling and Recovery Center's Residential Program is located in  a standalone historical facility. A wide range of services are offered within the program that includes screening and assessment, diagnostic determination, individual and family counseling, vocational programming, client advocacy, case management, and referral to community resources. Residential Services are provided for women with substance misuse and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.

Children age 5 and under may reside with their mothers while in residential treatment.

Day Treatment

Group Therapy

The Day Treatment program is provided for women with substance misuse and/or co-occurring issues. Individuals complete a multi-phase program utilizing group therapy. Group therapy has advantages over other modalities. These include positive peer support; a reduction in clients’ sense of isolation; real-life examples of people in recovery; help from peers in coping with substance misuse and other life problems; information and feedback from peers; social skills training and practice; peer interaction; a way to help many clients at one time; structure and discipline are often absent in the lives of people abusing substances; and finally, the hope, support, and encouragement necessary to break free from substance misuse.

Our Group Hours are:

Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm for a minimum of 4 months.

Family Intensive Treatment (FIT)

Family Treatment

This service is conducted in a home setting because we’ve found that individuals respond best to treatment when treated together. We prefer a nurturing approach, with an emphasis on education and empowerment to move forward. The Family Intensive Treatment team provides intensive in-home, family comprehensive services to families in the child welfare system with parental substance misuse.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Help Reinforce Your Recovery

Whether you need medication-assisted treatment for Alcohol or Opioid Addiction, the goals of these programs are the same.
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. Medications used in MAT are approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and MAT programs are clinically driven and tailored to meet each patient’s needs.
Research shows that a combination of medication and therapy can successfully treat these disorders, and for some people struggling with addiction, MAT can help sustain recovery. MAT is also used to prevent or reduce opioid overdose.

Strategic Plan

Our Policy

The strategic plan represents a shared vision for building and expanding integrated, coordinated and culturally competent behavioral health services. This plan is reflective of, and influenced by the needs and expectations of persons served and other stakeholders. Through environmental assessments, strategies have been set that support common themes from stakeholders that our services should be culturally appropriate, person-centered, trauma-informed and co-occurring.

This plan will guide our work for the next three years, with clear emphasis on access to care, behavioral health promotion and prevention, and supporting successful recovery in the community. It will be supported by a framework of strategies, actions and measures that will result in action on our key priorities.

We are committed to continuous quality improvement, flexibility, and innovation, all of which enhance our efforts to successfully provide recovery and support services for our consumers.
